Pulmonary Rehabilitation

The LungWorks Program is designed to help patients with pulmonary disorders improve the quality of life and carry out activities of daily living with less fatigue. Participants in the LungWorks Program receive:

• an individual assessment and program plan designed to meet the patient’s unique needs
• one-on-one instruction and training, therapeutic exercise in a small group setting
• follow-up with a functional maintenance program to use at home
• the option to continue therapeutic exercise at Alamance Regional.
