Alamance Regional’s occupational health nurses provide on-site health and wellness services or offer individual services as needed. Studies have shown an on-site nurse reduces absenteeism, lessens the amount of time and money spent on doctors’ visits, and decreases medical and workers’ compensation claims and expenses. On-site nurses can also help companies meet OSHA standards. Our occupational health team also includes physicians, nurse practitioners, physical therapists and other medical professionals.
