The Center for Fitness & Human Movement Studies is a joint service of Alamance Regional and Elon University.  This center, located next to our Rehabilitation gym, allows Alamance Regional to offer patients rehabilitation services comparable to the nation’s largest health science centers. The center also offers opportunities for research and expanded clinical training for Elon’s physical therapy and exercise science students. The center includes a biomechanics laboratory, metabolic testing laboratory, vestibular rehabilitation center, electrophysiology laboratory, and fitness center for patients who may benefit from medically supervised care.
