Healthy Kids Healthy Kids is an eight-week program that teaches children and parents healthy eating and exercise habits, with a focus on lifestyle changes rather than weight loss.
The program is for children ages 6 to 11 and a caregiver. During most classes, children and caregivers meet in separate groups, allowing activities to be age appropriate. A licensed physical therapist and registered dietitian lead fun group activities that engage children and adults in the learning process.
Healthy Kids is offered several times per year. Classes are held for an hour and a half one evening each week for eight weeks. To learn more about Healthy Kids, call 538-8100.
