When the unexpected happens, you need help in a hurry. At Alamance Regional, we have designed our emergency department to provide the fastest treatment possible, regardless of the injury or illness. In our two-track emergency department, specially trained emergency medicine physicians and nurses provide the highest quality care around the clock.

A separate treatment area has been designated for major emergencies, such as cardiac arrest or trauma. This allows all our patients, including those with less-urgent problems, to receive fast, efficient services.

For on-the-job injuries, our two-track system provides fast treatment for employees, as well as follow up between a triage nurse and the company the next day.
