At Alamance Regional Cancer Center, our experienced cancer team inspires patients and families every day. National clinical trials, specialty clinics, and leading-edge technology offer our cancer and hematology patients highly-advanced care close to home. Patients will also discover the compassionate care and supportive services they need to meet the emotional, spiritual and physical challenges of cancer.

Our cancer center has been awarded approval with commendation by the American College of Surgeons as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center. This approval is a voluntary process that insures our program meets or exceeds 36 different standards of care.

At our modern facility on the Alamance Regional campus, patients and families will find comfort and convenience. Our state-of-the-art center includes sixteen chemotherapy chairs, two linear accelerators for radiation therapy, an in-house pharmacy, lab, and conference rooms. Valet parking service is offered for families and patients free of charge. A new Cancer Center opened in Mebane Medical Park in September 2009. This facility offers chemotherapy treatment, an in-house lab and appointments with our oncologists.
