Patient Relations

At Alamance Regional, we are committed to exceeding your expectations. To do that, we need your help.

We want to know what we did right, and yes, we even want to know if we did something wrong. Your opinion matters to us and we use that feedback to find ways to improve our services. Staff members in the Cone Health Office of Patient Experience are available to talk to patients and family members about their hospital experience both during and after a hospital stay. Interpreter Services

Alamance Regional provides interpreter services at no cost to assist patients and family members who have special communication needs. If you need interpreter assistance, call (336) 538-7555.

Free foreign language interpreters are available for individuals who have limited proficiency in English. Spanish interpreters are available around the clock every day. Patients who speak other languages may receive interpreter services through either a live interpreter or a telephone interpreter. 

Free sign language and oral interpreters, TTY's and other services are available to deaf and hard-of-hearing persons. 

All of our interpreters have received special training in medical interpreter services. When you register as a patient, please let the staff know if you need an interpreter to assist you during your medical appointments.
